we grow vegetables with the help of farmers.

plant the seedlings together and harvest after june.

we try to keep the soil as low as possible.

of course we don't use chemical fertilizer.

 

the switchback's tomato 『aiko』is wonderfully sweet ,sour,and juicy.

surely the best in the world.

 

the variety and harvest of our vegetables are limited.

but very very delicious!!!

 

we can't have it all year around,  but it from early summer to before the snow falls.

we have no elaborate dishes here, but we hope you feel the original taste of the ingredients.

農家さんの力を借りながら、ぼくたちは畑をしています。

一緒に苗を植え、６月以降は毎日のように収穫します。

なるべく土に負荷をかけないような栽培をしています。

化学肥料はもちろん使いません。

 

スイッチバックのフルーツトマト『あいこ』は素晴らしく甘く、酸味もありジューシーです。きっと世界一です。

 

採れる野菜の種類は限られています。量もたくさんではありません。でも、すごく新鮮で美味しいです。

１年を通して皆様にお届けすることはできませんが、初夏から雪が降る頃まではいつもあります。凝った調理はできないけれど、野菜そのままの美味しさを感じていただけたら嬉しいです。

but life in the woods is not bad.

new construction is good, but renovating existing ones is good for the environment,  low in cost and reasonable.

 

listening to the voice of the forest at midnight of silence.

burning smell of firewood.

and spend your time in the woods,

it will be a blissful time that can be exchange never.
